Customer support channels and schedules

In order to provide an adequate and efficient service, the Agencia Nacional de Defensa Jurídica del Estado offers the following customer service channels:

 

1. Citizen attention and correspondence: Calle 16 # 68d - 89 of Bogotá; office hours from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in continuous working hours.

3. Virtual Channels:

 

1. Email for the receipt of questions, complaints and claims: agencia@defensajuridica.gov.co. Although available 24 hours a day, the requirements registered by this means will be managed within working hours.

 

2. Virtual Chat: Available for the receipt of petition rights. Service Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

 

3. Electronic Form for questions, complaints and claims: Requests for petitions, complaints, claims, suggestions and congratulations. Available 24 hours a day.
